Taylor & Rob

Taylor and Rob were married on October 11th, 2020 at Twenty Mile House in Graeagle, California. Rachel, the Director of Events at Twenty Mile House, introduced us that August, and from the first email Rob was all in. "Getting extra stoked every day we get closer," he wrote.

Rob had one request I loved: a Seinfeld bass sound after every good joke in the speeches. Taylor and Rob also told me they love Chris Stapleton, "basically all of his music."

The ceremony took place at 5 PM in the forest, among the tall pines. Guests found their seats to Better Together by Jack Johnson, the wedding party walked in to River Flows In You by Yiruma, which is one of my favorite piano songs, and Taylor walked down the aisle with her Dad to Be My Light by Jeff Danna and Mychael Danna.

Cocktails were on the General Store patio, with Broken Halos, Tennessee Whiskey and Millionaire by Chris Stapleton in the mix. The kids got their songs too: Baby Shark by Pinkfong and Raining Tacos by Parry Gripp played during dinner.

Taylor and Rob made their grand entrance to How Sweet It Is by Michael Bublé, and dinner was served on the lawn. The maid of honor, the best man and the parents gave their toasts.

They cut the cake to Pour Some Sugar On Me by Def Leppard, shared their first dance to This Is It by Scotty McCreery, and Taylor danced with her Dad to Brown Eyed Girl by Van Morrison. There was no bouquet or garter toss, just more time to dance.

Open dance took over the floor in front of the brick house, under the disco ball and the string lights. When We Are Family by Sister Sledge came on, Rob took the middle of the circle with family and friends all around him. That's the moment in the video.

Donuts came out at 10 PM, and the party kept going. The last song of the night, at 11:57 PM, was (I've Had) The Time Of My Life by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes.
