Company holiday parties in Reno and Lake Tahoe

Your Company Holiday Party
I DJ company holiday parties all over Reno. I have played the Penguin Random House holiday party at the Grand Sierra Resort two Decembers in a row, the Helix Electric holiday party between the classic cars at the National Automobile Museum, and holiday parties for two of Renown Health’s teams: the pediatric unit at the Atlantis and the hospitalists at the Bonanza Casino. SupplyHouse.com has had me back for five of their employee parties, three of them in December.
December Saturdays are always the first dates I book. Saturday, December 12 is still open this year. Weeknights work well for holiday parties too, and any party Monday through Thursday gets my $400 weekday discount.
For your accounting team, I send the invoice, my W9 and every planning document together in one email, so nobody has to chase paperwork in the middle of December.
How the Night Goes
Dinner gets the holiday songbook and a little Sinatra: Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree by Brenda Lee, Fly Me To The Moon by Frank Sinatra and Last Christmas by Wham!. The speeches, awards and raffle go through my wireless mics, and I MC the program so it stays on time.
Once the plates are cleared, I play to the room in front of me. Penguin Random House danced to Conga by Gloria Estefan and a run of cumbias like La Culebra by Banda Machos. Renown’s hospitalists went for the Cha Cha Slide by DJ Casper and Dancing Queen by ABBA. Helix Electric asked for disco, and Funkytown by Lipps Inc. closed their night.
The photo at the top of this page is Renown Health’s Celebrate Amazing at the Peppermill, with both cold spark fountains going as the speaker took the podium.
