Their Story
Emily and Logan got married at the John Olive Estate in Reno, surrounded by the people they love most. Once the sun went down, the whole party moved under the string lights.
They asked for an unplugged ceremony, so before it started their guests put their phones away and were simply there with them. The wedding party walked in to May Be by Yiruma, and Emily made her entrance to River Flows in You, also by Yiruma.

In his vows, Logan said, "I went home to my grandmother that night and told her, this girl is different, Grandma." Emily told him, "Today I don't just choose you as my husband. I choose you as my best friend, my partner and my home." As soon as they were pronounced husband and wife, I played We Are Family by Sister Sledge, and they walked back up the aisle together as a married couple.

After cocktail hour, the wedding party came in to Magic by The Cars, and then I asked the whole crowd to rise and welcome Mr. and Mrs. Emily and Logan Harger. During dinner they did a photo rush, going table to table for photos with every guest, to The Hampsterdance Song. It kept the whole thing light and fun.

Then it was time for the toasts. The best man Kyle went first, then Logan's brother Kellan, then the maids of honor Emily and Sam, then Logan's dad Richard, and Logan's mom Marie closed it out. Kyle raised a glass "to a lifetime of love, laughter, adventures and hopefully very few pizzas being dropped on sidewalks," and Marie reminded them, "Love is a verb. It's not a noun. It's something that you choose every day."
For their first dance, Emily and Logan chose Home by Robert Grace.

Emily danced with her dad Corey to Give Me Away by Riley Roth, and then Logan danced with his mom Marie to 100 Years by Five For Fighting.
They cut the cake to How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved by You) by James Taylor, and right after that I invited all the married couples out for the anniversary dance to Let's Stay Together by Al Green.
Next up was the shoe game, with Happy Happy Game Show by Kevin MacLeod playing underneath while Emily and Logan answered the questions.
They skipped the bouquet and garter toss. Instead, Emily gave a short speech and handed her bouquet to her mom.

Then it was open dance. Rasputin by Boney M. kicked things off, and from there we went into Mamma Mia by ABBA and a few of their own must plays: Grease by Frankie Valli, Back In Time by Daumantasvin and 12 to 12 by sombr. Later came Thriller by Michael Jackson, B.O.B. by Outkast and one more of their must plays, Gorgeous by Naarly and TOOMANYLEFTHANDS.

To end the night, I invited everyone to join the bride and groom on the dance floor for the last dance, Footloose by Kenny Loggins.

Thank you so much to Emily and Logan for having me at your wedding. Congratulations to you both!
